From Homeless to Hopeful

Thanks to generous donors, our volunteers, and no bank fees, we've been able to send the maximum amounts to help families who've fled war-ravaged cities, people who still remain in Ukraine in other villages and cities.
(We are all-volunteer-run.)

We're aiding dozens of these now - families from Mariupol, Kharkiv, Donetsk regions, and Luhansk.

You know, sadly, some of these families have fled war twice in the past 7 -  8 years.
The first time was 2014-15 from Crimea and its surrounding regions.
It's devastating.
One family we're aiding has a husband who was made a paraplegic serving in the Crimean war.

This time, as these many families fled under gunfire, some were injured, or sadly, saw people lose their lives before their eyes. It was horrific for them.

Many of these are young mothers with toddlers, or are pregnant.

Please continue to help them.

These photos are an example of what one family was able to purchase for themselves, thanks to our lovely donors.

It greatly lifted their spirits after losing their home and belongings.

Because so many fled at the end of winter, they have no clothing for the change of seasons. Even underwear and socks are desperately needed, as you cannot get many into a backpack!

YOU have supplied hygiene items, food, clothing, shelter, and medicines to them, to refugee collection points through the country, and to soldiers who need t-shirts, socks, medicines, sleeping bags and mats. They are very grateful! Thank you.
Each family who can purchase food and clothing like you see here gains a ray of light and hope.

Even this cat is curious about their food!
