CHARITY NEVER FAILETH

Thousands of children in Ukraine are raised in orphanages due to extreme poverty, early death of parents (cancer is rampant due to Chernobyl), effects of Chernobyl on births (many handicaps).
Life span is shorter, people age there much faster - living conditions are very harsh.

The bed of 2 working full time school teachers - salaries are not enough to survive on.

Millions do not have any form indoor running water.  See what we did below for a widow who lost her husband to stomach cancer, and she herself had stomach cancer but has survived. She no longer has to go to this outhouse above in all kinds of weather - this bathroom was built in a shed next to her house so she could have improved sanitation.  Three adults live in this home and now have at least some running water. There is none to their kitchen sink, and their other living conditions are horrible (most everything in the main home is broken - beds, cupboards, flooring, etc.) One tiny little bit of what we in Canada take for granted. Do you see the power you hold to help and lift others?  Just look at the picture above - the average western Ukraine home due to oppression and repression - and then the one below, due to kindness and love, goodness and charity.

A teacher and a farmer - people in towns and villages grow all they can and preserve it.  Notice the clothes hanging on the line behind him.  A very common sight.

We help all age groups from babies to the elderly.
